Cardiovascular Healthcare Disparities and Health Equity Expert Panel

With cardiovascular disease remaining the leading cause of death in Westchester, New York, and the United States, it raises a crucial question: How can we address the deep-rooted disparities in cardiovascular healthcare that disproportionately affect marginalized communities?

This panel brings together a diverse group of health equity experts and public health advocates to discuss the systemic causes and potential solutions to cardiovascular healthcare disparities. The goal is to provide insights into how we can move from merely addressing disparities to proactively promoting health equity, while exploring culturally tailored interventions, policy changes, and collaborative models to ensure equitable access to care for all populations.
